Do you service South Austin? |
|
Not at the present time. Our shop is located in far north Austin, and the travel time is just too great to send a 2 or 3 person crew across town. |

How much do you charge for an average lawn? |
|
In Austin, there is not an average lawn. Some are huge; some are front yard only; some are very tall; some haven’t been edged in two months. So, let us answer by saying most of our residential lawns run about $35 per servicing. |

Are you insured? |

Yes we are. Our insurance agency is Stormy Johnson Insurance and Financial Services. They have placed our coverage with an A+ rated insurance carrier. They can be reached at 512/238-6100. We carry $1,000,000 general liability coverage to protect your assets. |

Do you bag the clippings?
If you do, do you haul them away? |

Only if they are too long because the grass was too tall. We cut the clippings as finely as we can (called mulching) and blow them back down into the turf to be recycled into nutrients for the soil. If we do have to bag, and sometimes we have to when the leaves fall, we haul the bags to our shop and dispose of them for you. |

What if your employees break a sprinkler head or pipe? |
|
If it is truly our fault, we will fix it at no charge to you. But let us advise you of some situations that exist in especially older sprinkler systems. Some of the heads are a little too tall, or the soil has eroded away from them. And some of these plastic pipes are old and ridged. Merely stepping on these heads will break them. Most newer systems all have swing joints on the heads, and if a wheel runs over them, it will not break the head or the line. If we were careless and break something, we will repair it at our cost. If it is old and worn, we will repair it for you at a reduced rate. We promise to be fair with you.
